ADOPT A BULLWelcome!
Finding the Perfect Pet Can Be Easy, But There’s Lots to Consider!
When adopting a dog from a rescue that uses a foster based system you know the type of dog you’re getting. All dogs are in foster care for a minimum of 3 weeks so we can get to know their quirks, dislikes/likes, and place them in an appropriate home. We match dogs to people, not a first come first serve basis.
Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Does the Process Take?
The adoption process starts with an adoption application and can take 2-3 weeks depending on medical and transport.
How Much Does Adopting Cost?
Our adoption fee is $650 for adults. This includes spay/neuter, vaccines, deworming, microchip. Our adoption fee for puppies is $850. They are also fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and only adopted on spay/neuter contracts if not of age to have the procedure done at time of adoption.
What Is the Difference Between Adopting and Fostering?
Fostering is when you open your home and temporarily take care of a dog in need and get them prepared for a forever home! Foster homes are the back bone of every rescue and so very important.
SHOULD MY NEW DOG SEE A VET?
All of our dogs are medically up to date unless noted. All newly adopted dogs should establish a relationship with your vet.
Can I take A Pet Home Directly From the Shelter?
We are not a shelter facility. We use foster homes only. We ask that you first start with an application so we can see if it’s a match so we don’t have so many people in and out of our fosters private home. If we feel it could be a match, we will invite you to meet the dog.
