Are american bullies pit bulls?
The short answer is NO. The American Bully was designated as it’s own breed in 2013 by the United Kennel Club as a separate breed from the American Pit Bull Terrier.
do you take in owner surrenders
Shelter dogs are our main priority but if we have the space, we are open to taking in owner surrenders. Please see the surrender page.
Do you guys need anything?
ALWAYS! From food, toys, leashes, collars, crates and beyond. We’re always in need of something around here. All shelter dogs get a fresh leash and collar to start their new life so we go thru quite a few.

Do you have a facility?
NO! We are a foster based rescue so we cannot take dogs sight unseen as we need to be able to make sure they’re safe to be placed in homes and what requirements they need to succeed in those homes.
Can i come meet the dogs?
All of our dogs are spread out across Ontario. We ask that you first submit an application. If approved, one of the coordinators will be in touch with you to arrange a zoom meeting and home check. If that all goes well, we will introduce you to the dog.
